Eating healthy is very important to me. I have seen significant improvements since switching to a gluten free and more fresh foods lifestyle. I am always on the lookout for new healthy foods, AND the easier they are to prepare – the better!
I had heard of Frontier Soups Homemade in Minutes® mixes after seeing them on one of my favorite health conscious online marketplaces, Abe’s Market.

My Experience
Today I felt kind of under the weather. I wasn’t sure if I was getting sick or not, but hoping to avoid it, I spent the day resting, drinking tea and taking plenty vitamins. When I got hungry mid-afternoon, all I wanted was a bowl of soup. Then I remembered I had six pre-packaged Frontier Soup mixes that I needed to test out! So, I checked out the selections in my package, and decided to make the hearty-sounding Red Pepper Corn Chowder Mix.
There is nothing more comforting than a warm bowl of soup when you don’t feel good…
The soup was easy to prepare, I just added my homemade chicken broth and some half and half. I also opted to add some chicken breast chunks for a more hearty soup, totally optional. That’s the great thing about this soup, it is super versatile. Making it vegetarian, with seafood or chicken – all would turn out good! The soup was gourmet!
