Let’s talk food…
If you are exhausted from the holiday cooking… give yourself a break with a Sea Pak easy-to-prepare dinner. Shrimp and seafood options like seasoned ahi tuna steaks, salmon burgers and more, you can enjoy healthy seafood with limited effort.
My review: We taste tested Sea Pak’s Butterfly Shrimp. We took them out of the freezer, popped them in the oven and ate them with some dipping sauce during Monday night football!! They are the perfect appetizer, medium in size, which make great finger food. I like shrimp with breading, and this breading was thick and crispy… delicious! Although we ate the butterfly shrimp as an appetizer, it could be put in a pasta or salad to make a meal out of it! It feed two people and we found it in the frozen section at our neighborhood King Soopers.
You can find the entire selection of products by SeaPak at www.seapak.com. The coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi and popcorn shrimp sound like tasty apps, that I will be trying out soon!
Cheese sticks, mozzarella bites, and sandwich melts… have I gotten your attention yet? Let’s talk about the easy finger food by Farm Rich.
My review: We love to make homemade stuffed jalapeno peppers from our jalapeno plant in the garden. But now that it is fall, we won’t be making them for a few months. We were eager to try the stuffed jalapeno peppers from Farm Rich to satisfy our cravings. We finished off a bag in no time. We liked them (obviously) and are happy to find stuffed jalapeno peppers all year round! These were breaded, which is different from how we make them, and we like that new taste the breading brings!
