We have one dog, her name is Daisy. Lately, we have been contemplating getting another dog for her to play with, and to add some more joy to our family.
The thought of adopting a dog in need is exciting, but the training is not so much. It takes a lot of time and effort to get a dog trained. Teaching the dog the correct way to take a walk, the correct place to go potty and the correct way to behave around people and other dogs, takes quite a bit of effort!
Luckily, when I trained Daisy, I was home with her 24/7 and was able to train her quickly. Back then, I remember training her with treats that I would break apart, and put in a little case that I carried around with me.
Probably not the simplest way to do it.
I recently ran into a brand, which is available at PetCo and PetSmart in my area. These training treats come already perfectly portioned for you! They are packaged and ready to go! No need to break anything apart! Saving more time for the actual training!
These would be the perfect training treat for a new pet!
The treats Daisy tested were the Little Jacs, made with fresh chicken liver. Yum, Yum, Yum! Daisy enjoyed the high-protein treat and willingly did tricks for the delicious and nutritious dog training treats.
