My Experience:
After having a rough stomach all day, I was able to chat with the doctor at 7:30PM – when my doctor’s office would have normally been out of hours. I talked to him about some of my gut health concerns and he gave me some advice about diets and eliminating food. He told me about the levels of dairy and how different levels are harsher than others. He told me I should follow up with my PCP about further action, like testing for allergies.
