BKW Seasonings is a family-owned company that is dedicated to satisfying taste buds all over the US. The company was voted BEST WINGS in the “War of Wings” in 1997. They beat out the competition including Hooters, Spicy’s, Buffalo Wild Wings and 27 others! Pretty impressive, wouldn’t you say? This competition was a big part in starting the legend of the Big Kahuna Seasonings.
BKW has a great selection of tasty seasonings. I was fortunate enough to try the “Big Kahuna Original Gourmet Blend”. It was flavorful, yet didn’t overpower the meat. It seemed to bring out the juices and true flavor. Although we used it on the grill for our steaks, it is unique and extremely versatile. I recommend this seasoning for flavoring all kinds of meats: 
chicken, pork, steaks, hamburger, roast, and even seafood (salmon and shrimp.. yum!). It would also enhance many soups and sauces. Really, there are numerous possibilities when using this seasoning… so be creative!
