Happy Friday! Whoa guys… it is the last Friday of January! Only 11 more months until Christmas again? Where does the time go? No, seriously where does it go? I hope you are making the most of it!
As for me, I am still trying my best with my healthy goals. Although, they are probably going to be tested a lot this weekend as I am headed to a friends wedding in Austin! One thing is for sure, I will be trying the gluten free cake, even though I am supposed to be limiting my sugar! But seriously, I’ve never had a gluten free cake at a wedding before! It just doesn’t seem right not to try it?! I’ll let you know how this weekend goes. Pray for me!
Otherwise, overall I am happy with my current supplements, positive outlook and healthy cooking. I am pretty proud of myself. (Yay, me!) Instead of keeping all my favorite healthy living products I discovered this week all to myself, I want to share the wealth with you too! So here goes.
Not Just Paleo Vitamin D3
Finally, I have made the switch from pill form to liquid form of vitamin D. That’s because I had my vitamin levels tested and I was low in vitamin D – even though I was taking double the amount they recommend! I happened across a more absorb-able form, I am now taking Not Just Paleo liquid vitamin D. Liquid form means it is more readily available to my body, it is a bit easier on my body and goes straight into the blood stream instead of waiting to be processed in the stomach.
The Not Just Paleo Vitamin D3 is a superior supplement because it is Non-GMO, natural and includes vitamin K1 and K2 (which makes is easier to absorb.) It is 2000 IU vitamin D per serving. Vitamin D is so important for heart health, bones, memory, blood sugar, and your immune system. Vitamin D is so important to overall health, and I recommend the liquid form from Not Just Paleo! Buy the liquid vitamin D for $29.95.

Suja Probiotic Water and Suja Drinking Vinegar
Suja Juice has been my favorite of all the individual juices from the juice section. I have always prefered Suja to the high-sugar other brands. The Suja green juices are very low sugar and contain lots of vegetables too! Yum.
Well Suja now has more exciting low-sugar drinks! The new Suja Probiotic Water and Suja Drinking Vinegar are two great options for easy and quick juices that aren’t super sweet or high in sugar. They are organic, cold-pressures and made with real ingredients! My husband even loves these – and he’s never been much of a juice drinker!
Find these at Whole Foods and other natural retailers. You can also order Suja subscriptions to your doorstep!
