Iced coffee beverages are one of my favorite treats in the summer. But it can be expensive to buy these drinks individually each time. That is why I like to make my own at home (check out my iced coffee recipe). Or if I am running low on time, there is a new product in stores that make my iced coffees easier than ever!
Have you seen the International Delight Iced Coffee in the cold refrigerated section – near the milk? I’ve bought the 1/2 gallons a few times and think that they are just delicious!
Now, I am partnering with BlogFrog and International Delight to get the word out about these pre-made iced coffee beverages. Why? Because I truly think they are delicious! And best part for you? In celebration of the start of Summer, International Delight is giving away1,000 FREE half gallons of Iced Coffee per day for 2 whole weeks (June 21st- July 5th) and a grand prize too… see below!!
I am celebrating the start of summer too! I decided to make a recipe using the International Delight Iced Coffee, instead of just drink it out of a glass, like I typically do!
Recipe: International Delight Coffee & Toffee Frozen Treat
Ingredients (Recipe 1)
- International Delight’s Iced Coffee (Original, Vanilla or Mocha)
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions (Recipe 1)
- Mix together 1 small spoonful of vanilla ice cream per individual frozen treat (I had 6) in a small bowl.
- Mix in Heath Toffee bits
- When mixed well, scoop a spoonful of the mixture into each frozen treat section
- Pour the remainder of the section with International Delight’s Iced Coffee
- Put the frozen treat stick into the blend and freeze until solid
Notes:
- You’ll need a frozen treat container if you don’t already have one! The good news is since it is Summer, you can find them everywhere!
- I know I didn’t put measurement amounts on the ingredients list, but it will just depend on your frozen treats container. Everyones is going to vary in size.
Recipe: International Delight Coffee Dots Frozen Treat
Ingredients (Recipe 2)
- Dippin’ Dots Vanilla and Chocolate
- International Delight’s Iced Coffee (Original, Vanilla or Mocha)
Instructions (Recipe 2)
- Fill the frozen treat section with dippin’ dots (leaving a little room at the top)
- Pour International Delight’s Iced Coffee into each frozen treat section, filling in the gaps of the small round frozen treats.
- Put the frozen treat stick into the blend and freeze until solid
Notes:
- You’ll need a frozen treat container if you don’t already have one! The good news is since it is Summer, you can find them everywhere!
- I know I didn’t put physical amounts on the ingredients list, but it will just depend on your frozen treats container. Everyones is going to vary in size.
These frozen treats that are with International Delight’s New Iced Coffee are easy-to-make and a fun summertime snack!
