Jocelyn at Inside BruCrew Life totally rocks. She blogs about cooking and crafts and I love following her blog. In fact, I have been staring at her Banana Nutella Quesadillas post since Wednesday. Literally, I have been wanting to make these since I read this post. This morning, I finally got the chance to make my own! Ingredient Line Up:
tortillas
bananas
nutella
cinnamon
butter(which I forgot to put in the picture)
1. Coat 2 tortillas with butter and cinnamon on one side
and fry up in a skillet on med heat until golden brown.
2. Spread the inside of 2 tortilla shells with nutella while they are warm.
(eat a spoonful or two while you are at it)
3. Layer sliced bananas on top of the chocolatey goodness and
lay the second tortilla shell on top (choc side down)
4. Cut into wedges and serve with cool whip sprinkled with cinnamon.
Isn’t she a genius?!? Such a quick and yummy dessert! I am always trying to find ways to use Nutella other than just eating it right out of the jar! Here is my finally product: (and it was amazing!)
Don’t forget to check out more from her blog!
