Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies {GF}

These thumbprint blossom cookies are delicious, chewy and rich! They are gluten free and combine two of my favorite flavors - peanut butter and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter natural
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Handful of dark chocolate kisses

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Pour peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla into a bowl and mix together.
  • Roll cookie dough into balls about 1-2" and place on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly browned, but being careful not to over-bake.
  • Immediately press a single dark chocolate piece into each cookie.
  • Cool on baking sheet until solid.
  • Enjoy!
