Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies {GF}
These thumbprint blossom cookies are delicious, chewy and rich! They are gluten free and combine two of my favorite flavors - peanut butter and chocolate.

- 1 cup chunky peanut butter natural
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Handful of dark chocolate kisses
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla into a bowl and mix together.
Roll cookie dough into balls about 1-2" and place on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly browned, but being careful not to over-bake.
Immediately press a single dark chocolate piece into each cookie.
Cool on baking sheet until solid.
