Gluten Free Chicken Meatballs

Take a spin on the classic meatball by using ground chicken. This recipe is gluten free and full of protein. Make it in just 30 minutes!

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg - beaten
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup aged Parmesan cheese - grated
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground anise
  • 1 tsp. ground fennel
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat Hamilton Beach Searing Grill to 375°.
  • In a large bowl, beat egg and then combine all ingredients. Depending on the ground chicken, if it is really wet, you might need to strain some of the moisture. Form into small balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  • If you want your meatballs to be crispier on the outside just broil for a minute or two after cooking
