I love when I find a company that has taken a basic product idea, and improved it with their own unique spin. In this case – the basic product being lip gloss and the unique spin being a lighted cap with mirror for easy application.
I tested this lighted lip gloss for the first time in front of my husband. When I asked him what he thought, he said the light was super cool. I was actually kind of surprised he was so intrigued by it. I actually thought he was going to brush off my comment with a easy-out like "pretty" or "cool, babe". Nope… he went on about the light (never mind my sexy lips.)
He said he has always wanted something like this on his facial razor, so he can see exactly where he is shaving. He has always thought how handy a light would be (maybe whitening lightning wants to develop that too? If so, I call a 20% cut!) Joking… kind of.
Anyway, I quickly realized he had a good point. While, I had never thought of it before, the light on the applicator WAS pretty handy. I could carefully apply my gloss to my upper and lower lips without leaving any of my lips dry, or going a bit overboard.
