After my experience teaching 2nd grade and having a lot of little ones around, I know how far extra attention can go and how much it can make a difference. This is especially true when kids get hurt. It’s amazing how a cute, colorful Band-Aid can immediately take away tears or how an extra cuddle and pat on the back has them running back to the playground with a big smile on their face. When I came across Keen’s Coolkidz Ice Packs, I knew they would be a big hit! First of all, I am a big fan of Keen ever since I found out that they were the makers of the Bumbo Seat. They have a lot of great quality products for both mom and baby. I chose to review the CoolKidz “Dinosaur” ice pack (You can see the other options above).
When it arrived I couldn’t wait to try it out. I love how the packs are reusable and are great for not only scrapes but also for insect bites or a fever. They are the perfect size and I must admit, I would use it for myself to target a small area rather than break out my usual big bag of peas wrapped in a towel. The ice packs are BpA-Free and they don’t get crunchy like other ice packs- they still stay soft when frozen. The bright colorful dino is adorable and I know that next time I have an ‘owie’ to tend to, it will provide quick (and fun!) relief. Shop online to buy one or enter to win below!
