Dried cranberries make an excellent healthy snack for both kids and adults. They are fat free and full of fiber! I love adding dried cranberries to my standard recipes – muffins and cookies or adding them to a summer spinach salad with a fruity dressing. There are a ton of ways to incorporate dried cranberries into meals, or you can simply eat them by the handful out of the bag!

My Thoughts
I really enjoyed the Goofy Grape and Rootin’ Tootin’ Raspberry Dried Cranberries flavors. They are sweet, but a good low-sugar substitute to un-natural foods, candy or other sweets. I found them great to eat on the go. They fit in my purse, and I took them along with me to run errands. I had a few handfuls while I was out, and none spilled in my bag thanks to the resealable top!
I ended up eating an entire package just as is, not in a recipe or added to anything, but of course there are so many way to enjoy them! Some ideas for how to included these into your kids diet – add them to oatmeal, cereal, granola, yogurt, peanut butter sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and more! There are a ton of kid-friendly options for these tasty snacks.
