Strawberry Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts. With that in mind, I decide to put a twist on it! From pie crust to crescent! Here is my recipe for Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Croissants! **perfect sweet craving**
- 1 tube of Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
- 4 fresh strawberries
Preheat oven to 350F. Dice strawberries into small pieces. Set aside.
Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until mixed.
Unroll the crescent dough, separate into individual triangles. Scoop a small spoonful of cream cheese filling onto rolls and sprinkle with strawberry pieces. Roll up into a crescent shape. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown!
For an added touch: dust with confectioners’ sugar!
