If you are not one to ‘wing it’ while cooking, Emeril has recipes online just for you! Easy-Peasy! Around here, we love to ‘wing it’. In fact we ‘winged it’ with BBQ wings just the other night! 😉We used the very versatile Original BAM B-Q sauce and doused our chicken wings! This is a very simple recipe: just cook up some frozen chicken wings (per directions on bag), put Emeril’s BAM sauce (seasonings too!) in a bowl and toss the wings until they are smothered! You won’t be disappointed… unless you run out of paper towels and napkins! Make sure to have those ready to go!
Emeril’s BAM Burger – This hamburger seasoning is great for hamburgers on the grill, meatloaf… or heck we use it in our taco meat! It is a tasty blend of spices including onion, garlic, red and green bell peppers.
Emeril’s Rib Rub – Ribs are one of my husbands favorite kinds of meat, so this rub will be gone in no time. It is all natural (yay!) and includes ingredients: paprika, crushed red pepper and more. A little kick!
Emeril’s Dijon Mustard – This mustard is top notch. Better than your average bright yellow bottle. It will be on our hotdogs for the rest of the summer! We may have to cook on the grill into fall and winter too!
Emeril’s Original BAM B-Q – This barbecue sauce is versatile as they come. There are loads of recipes to use this sauce. We made wings, but you could make B-Q burgers, B-Q poor boys or even put it in chili!
