My Last Thoughts – The infusers were easy to use, and seemed to work really well on tender meats. Fast, less messy and a unique marinating process – I like it! My favorite flavor was the Caribbean Jerk. Tangy, zesty and delicious. We made a Caribbean Jerk Chicken with Mango Salsa on a bed of rice and red beans! The meal was juicy and the meat had great flavor throughout!
