My Review of The Big Book of Kombucha

I am so thrilled to be finally making my own kombucha at home! And it is good! And it is bubbly! And I haven’t poisoned myself yet! (I was so scared of poisoning myself guys! This is the first time I have made kombucha and the bacteria made me nervous! Luckily, I have been reassured with the guidance of the kombucha geniuses in this book! Less worries, more kombucha!

This kombucha book rocks! It is full of fun kombucha facts, kombucha recipes, and step by step instructions of how to make kombucha at home!

There is so much useful information about the fermenting process, it’s fascinating! I love reading about the history of kombucha and the ways different cultures make it too! The book is really interesting that the guides are colorfully illustrated and easy to follow!
